Overview

Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial properties.
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Perform pipe threading and heavy lifting as required for installations and repairs.
- Collaborate with construction teams on remodeling projects to ensure proper plumbing integration.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues or necessary repairs.
- Utilize basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and fitting pipes accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment on construction sites.
- Operate commercial vehicles as needed for transporting tools and materials to job sites.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
- Familiarity with pipe threading techniques and various hand tools used in plumbing work.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Experience in remodeling projects is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is desirable for commercial driving tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $30.19 - $32.95 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
