Project Management/Foreman/Installer Requirements:
- Working tools on in the field installing while doing project management of the projects
- Good computer skills with experience in Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Previous project management experience a plus
- Familiar with submittal process
- Manage crews and scheduling

Sheet Metal Journeymen/Foreman Requirements:
- Journeyman's license - Experience in commercial construction (RTU's, EF's, MUA's, etc...)
- Strong communication skills (a must with GC's, PM's, and Crew)
- Read and understand plans and submittals
- Knowledgeable of mechanical codes
- Scheduling/Planning
- run a crew
- Needs to be able to run any size project/multiple projects simultaneously
- Reliable transportation to get to and from jobs and a good driving record (Company vehicle possible depending on experience and location of residency)
- Must be able to do Take off's (order materials)
- Draw up fittings (cut sheets)
- Safety meetings weekly
- Hands on - Experience with projects up to $1M - RFI's to Project Manager
- Must own basic hand tools for mechanical work
- Log scope of work reports on a daily basis
Installer Requirements -
- Read and understand plans and submittals
- Knowledgeable of mechanical codes
- Reliable transportation to get to and from jobs and a good driving record
- Must own basic hand tools for install/mechanical work
- Have good communication skills
