Position: General Repair Automotive Technician
What We Offer:
- Competitive Earnings: Potential to earn between $60k and $135k annually, with flat rate technicians earning over $55 per hour based on certification levels and performance. We also offer a hybrid pay plan.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in car and light truck diagnostics, service, and repair.
- Preferred experience with Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, and ASE certifications.
- Clean driving record
- A positive work ethic where you want to fix the vehicle right the first time.
- Commitment to ongoing training and certification as required by our manufacturer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform efficient and accurate repairs as outlined on service orders, adhering to dealership and factory standards.
- Communicate with the parts department to obtain necessary parts.
- Save and tag parts from jobs under warranty or as requested by customers.
- Inspect vehicles to determine additional safety or service needs, and promptly communicate findings.
- Properly document all performed and recommended work on service orders.
- Conduct quality control road tests of at least 3 miles.
- Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and stay updated on technical bulletins.
- Supervise apprentice technicians as needed.
- Ensure customer vehicles are kept clean and notify service advisors of any changes in vehicle condition.
- Maintain a neat and clean work area and handle dealership-owned tools responsibly.
- Comply with federal, state, and local regulations regarding safety and hazardous waste disposal.
- Operate all tools and equipment safely and report any safety issues immediately to management.
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
