Are you an experienced HVAC installer looking for an exciting new opportunity? We're looking for a Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team and help us deliver top-notch residential and commercial HVAC installations. If you have expertise in gas furnaces, heat pumps, mini splits, and extended capacity systems, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead residential retrofit HVAC installations across the Portland Metro Area, with occasional commercial jobs
- Oversee full end-to-end installations, ensuring proper system setup, testing, and verification of unit startup
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, extended capacity heat pumps, and mini splits
- Ensure installations meet all local and state codes, regulations, and guidelines
- Work closely with the team to maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience performing HVAC installations, including leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems: gas furnaces, heat pumps, mini splits, and extended capacity systems
- Ability to manage and oversee the full installation process from start to finish
- In-depth understanding of state and county codes, guidelines, and regulations
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
