Position Overview
The Pool Installation Manager will oversee all operations of the pool company, including sales, pool design, construction, and warranty. This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire pool installation process, from prospective lead to a completed project. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring expertise in sales, project management, and customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Engagement
- Respond to sales leads promptly and schedule consultations with prospective customers.
- Meet with customers to assess their needs, present design ideas, and provide estimates.
- Design pools tailored to customer preferences and budget, ensuring feasibility and compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
Project Management
- Plan and complete the entire construction process for each pool installation.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and guide field crews, subcontractors, and project teams to achieve project milestones.
Warranty and After-Sales Service
- Manage warranty claims and customer inquiries related to completed projects.
- Ensure prompt resolution of any post-installation issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
Operations Management
- Assist the Operations Manager with the maintenance of accurate records of sales, contracts, and project documentation.
- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Stay informed of industry trends, regulations, and new technologies to keep the company competitive.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in pool installation, construction management, or a related field.
- Strong sales and customer service skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in relevant software tools (e.g., CAD, project management software).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes.
- Familiarity with pool construction materials and techniques.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
