We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Solar Sales Representative to join our esteemed organization, specializing in the renewable energy sector. As a Solar Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential clients. Your expertise will not only contribute to the expansion of our market presence but also to the advancement of sustainable energy practices. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of solar energy products, market trends, and customer engagement strategies. By leveraging your sales skills and industry knowledge, you will drive significant growth for our solar solutions and deliver exceptional service that meets or exceeds the expectations of our valued customers.
Responsibilities
· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the solar energy market
· Engage and educate potential customers about solar energy solutions
· Conduct site assessments and provide tailored solar system proposals
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
· Provide exemplary customer service throughout the sales process
· Collaborate with the installation and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution
· Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape
Requirements
· Proven sales experience, preferably in renewable energy or related fields
· Strong understanding of solar energy systems and technologies
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
· Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $94,082.00 - $104,891.00 per year
Compensation Package:
- Commission pay
- Uncapped commission
