Southwark Metal Manufacturing Company is seeking an experienced Technical Training Manager to join our team. This position will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and marketing teams, HVAC wholesalers, and contractors by delivering technical expertise and developing impactful training programs.

What You’ll Do:
As the Technical Training Manager, you will:
- Develop and deliver training programs focused on airflow dynamics, duct sizing, and HVAC product knowledge.
- Conduct technical presentations for distributors, contractors, and industry organizations.
- Provide technical training and support to customer service, sales teams, and external partners.
- Assist marketing in updating technical literature, digital content, and promotional materials.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including installation guides, specifications, and troubleshooting manuals.
- Represent Southwark at industry events such as ASHRAE, ACCA, and SMACNA.
- Serve as the technical liaison to code inspectors, engineers, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor industry trends and government regulations to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and sales teams to develop innovative products and solutions.
- Support the sales team by responding to technical inquiries and addressing product performance issues.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns with technical recommendations and insights.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, including distributors, contractors, and engineers.
What We’re Looking For:
You may be a great fit for this role if you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HVAC manufacturing, installation, or sales.
- Proven success in technical product training and support.
- In-depth knowledge of airflow dynamics and ductwork sizing principles.
- Strong ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with industry organizations, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Strong communication skills, project management experience, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to travel independently.
