*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial mechanics and be proficient in troubleshooting and repairing various mechanical systems. This position requires a proactive approach to maintenance, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely. The Maintenance Mechanic will work closely with other team members to uphold our commitment to quality and reliability. *Responsibilities* - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment. - Troubleshoot mechanical issues using logic controllers, schematics, and diagnostic tools. - Conduct inspections of high voltage systems to ensure compliance with safety standards. - Maintain HVAC/R systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. - Utilize ammeters and ohmmeters for electrical testing and troubleshooting. - Execute stick welding tasks as needed for repairs or modifications. - Collaborate with technical sales teams to provide insights on equipment performance and maintenance needs. - Document maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in accordance with company policies. *Experience* - Proven experience as an industrial mechanic or in a similar role is preferred. - Familiarity with high voltage systems and their maintenance requirements. - Knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including installation, repair, and troubleshooting. - Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings related to mechanical systems. - Experience with logic controllers is a plus. - Previous exposure to technical sales or customer service within the industrial sector is advantageous. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
