Director of EVS Duties
- Ensuring the facility is a clean environment
- Order the correct quantity of supplies in a timely manner
- Oversee and manage the operations of the facility
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Managing staff while providing leadership and guidance
- Monitor financial performance and budgetary compliance of the facility
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
EVS Director Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the facilities management industry
- Strong knowledge of floor care, environmental services, commercial cleaning, and custodial operations
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and sanitation standards in healthcare or hospitality settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
