- Conduct comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on residential electrical systems, ensuring code compliance.
- Coordinate daily with dispatch to manage and complete work orders efficiently.
- Evaluate repair or replacement needs with a safety-focused, customer-centered approach.
- Use diagnostic equipment and tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues precisely.
- Estimate and invoice repairs clearly and transparently for clients.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to stay aligned with company goals and updates.
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, digging, and working in challenging environments as needed.

- Current TDLR License as a Wireman, Journeyman, or Master Electrician
- Minimum 1 year of experience in residential electrical systems
- Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Customer service focus with a sales-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Availability for on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
