The Service / Assistant Manager has responsibility and authority for all aspects of the daily operation of the business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to sales activities, staff management, quality of work, customer satisfaction, revenue, profit margin. All shop personnel report directly to these positions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the management of the office, oil bay, and shop personnel and all daily operations within
- Follow, train and enforce all company policies and procedures
- Take necessary corrective and/or disciplinary action for employee non-compliance
- Ensure quality of work, attitude and performance meets or exceeds customer satisfaction goals.
- Direct the smooth, orderly and organized operation of the store on a daily basis.
- Maintain a personal positive attitude with staff and customers
- Create estimates and work orders and direct Service Writer's development of customer estimates and work orders.
- Assign work orders to the technicians, controlling shop flow at all times
- Open and close stores on a daily basis
- Ensure all equipment is fully operational and in good working order.
- Ensure technicians have the resources needed to do their job
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 2 years leadership experience in the automotive repair industry.
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proficient in using computers
- Valid driver’s licenses.
- Able to Multitask effectively

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
