Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Refrigeration Foreman with a solid background in refrigeration install to join our team in the Austin and San Antonio areas. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless installation of commercial refrigeration systems, managing project crews, and delivering projects on time with the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and train refrigeration construction crews on-site.
- Coordinate with general contractors and customers to ensure efficient and accurate project completion.
- Manage installation of refrigeration equipment and systems for grocery and commercial construction environments.
- Oversee and delegate project tasks, maintain schedules, and ensure job site safety and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Supervisory experience in commercial refrigeration installation required.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial refrigeration installations preferred.
- Construction Foreman experience highly preferred.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifically detailing refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to travel, work shifts, and night shifts as required.
Required Skills:
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of various commercial refrigeration systems.
