As our HVAC Lead Installer, you’ll be the backbone of our installations for residential and commercial new construction projects across Maryland. You’ll:
- Install ventilation, air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration systems with precision
- Read blueprints and schematics to execute high-quality installations
- Use your strong mechanical knowledge and hand tool skills to ensure each job meets our high standards
- Maintain safety protocols and provide top-notch service to every client

- Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Proficient with hand tools
- Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics
- Journeyman certification preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
