Job Summary:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the restaurant, resort, entertainment and commerical industry. You will be responsible for promoting Outdoor Cooling Solutions, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events and online research
-Secure appointments with prospective key decison makers to conduct product/service presentations that effectively communicate value propositions and address customer needs
-Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation in a timely and accurate manner
-Collaborate with internal teams, including design, installation and service to ensure alignment with customer requirements
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
-Stay informed about industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth
-Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
Qualifications:
-Successful Outside Sales, Business to Business (B2B) and cold calling experience with proven track record
-Sales experience in industry related businesses such as restaurant supply, home improvement, construction, HVAC or restaurant service
-Proficient in market development through prospecting and cold calling
-Effectively and consistently meet or exceed new business sales goals
-Prepare and deliver sales proposals and identify and follow up with key decision makers
-Adresses customer questions about products, prices, availability, equipment, service, product uses and credit terms
-Estimate or quote prices, contract terms, warranties and install dates
-Proficient analytical/problem solving skills for the customer and the company
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
