TN Home Services is seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position located in Franklin, Tn with a competitive salary range of $24 to $26 per hour.
**Responsibilities:**
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
- Test HVAC systems for proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
**Requirements:**
- HVAC Level 2 or Level 3 certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
