Job Overview
As the Assistant General Manager of the Marriott Courtyard, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the hotel. You will assist the General Manager in overseeing daily activities and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Responsible for managing the front desk operation, PMS system, reservations, night audit, and guest services.
- Oversee the operation of the hotel Bistro Cafe.
- Manage inventory control and ordering supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Assist in training and developing staff members of front desk and Bistro
- Support in overseeing kitchen operations and food handling procedures
- Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure efficient hospitality services
- Help maintain a clean and organized environment
Experience
- Minimum 5 years hotel front desk supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Fosse PMS system
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred
- Proficiency in managing inventory and cash handling
- Strong knowledge of food management practices
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food handling protocols
- Experience in training and development of team members

Pay: $50,872.00 - $52,354.00 per year
