Commercial Facility Maintenance (Stationary and Mobile)

Immediate positions available for individuals with a mechanical aptitude and 2-4+ years experience in commercial facility maintenance with a consistent work history required. Stationary and mobile (vehicle and tools provided) positions available. Our Class A customer base includes corporate headquarters, restaurants, retail and medical office properties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on all building systems and related equipment.
Repairing basic plumbing, electrical, fire protection and mechanical equipment.
Maintaining maintenance logs and work orders.
Basic troubleshooting on building automated equipment and control systems.
Training and development of facility technicians as needed.
Qualifications:
2 - 4 years troubleshooting experience in a commercial facility.
Must have good written and oral communication skills.
Professional Appearance. UNIFORMS PROVIDED!
Monday - Friday work week. 40 hours work week with possibility of overtime.
NOTE: We are looking for previous/current Commercial Facility Maintenance experience and a stable job history.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
