Youll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do:
- Diagnose plumbing issues, water heaters, drain clogs and water filtration systems with a high level of accuracy
- Have the ability to present, sell and upsell plumbing services needed
- Maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
- Follow our proven process for running service calls
- Maintaining an organized, presentable and fully stocked work vehicle
- Stay up to date on the latest and best products and services relating to plumbing
Youll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:
- Have a general Knowledge of how to maintain and repair residential plumbing concerns
- Are open to learning and implementing communication and technical training
- Are detail oriented
- Can Identify and successfully communicate plumbing issues to clients
- Are able to lift heavy components, can work on and around ladders and work in hot environments
We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, youll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:
- Maintain an average ticket of $1,800
- Have 0 Call Backs
- Maintain a 75% closing ratio
- Maintain a 1/3 club sale ratio
