Diesel Mechanic position available for the Industrial Maintenance Department with Dycos Staffing at Metromont Corporation. Candidates encouraged to apply at www.dycos.biz. Competitive pay based on proven working experience.
Required Experience:
-Previous diesel mechanic experience
-Previous industrial maintenance experience in a construction and/or production plant setting
-Must have own set of tools
-Industrial electrical experience a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
-Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all equipment including hand tools, power tools, machinery, heavy equipment and vehicles
-Perform maintenance and installation on a variety of equipment, buildings and systems
-Detect and report any unusual conditions and need for major maintenance to proper supervisor
-Drive a long term maintenance program, making plans and recommendations as needed
-Repair off road equipment
-Work on overhead cranes
-Housekeeping as necessary
-Other responsibilities as required by the job, plant and/or management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
