Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to maintain and service various heat and air conditioning units. This role is crucial for ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our systems, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on heating and air conditioning units.
- Installation of new heating and air conditioning units.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all service requests are completed in a timely manner.
- Document all maintenance activities and repairs performed on equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working in various environments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Service Technician in HVAC.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.
- Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools, including ohmmeters and multimeters.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.

- Shop Location is in the Port Richmond area of Philadelphia
- Service areas & job sites include all of Philadelphia and surrounding areas including South Jersey. (Our company is licenced and insurred in both PA & NJ).
Company Schedule
- Normal Shift is Monday - Friday Daytime
- Rotating On-Call Schedule Including Holidays - This Includes Responding to the Occassional Emergency Call After Hours
- Availability to Work Overtime If/When Needed - Some Saturdays May Be Needed
