If you are looking for an
Apprenticeship: this program is perfect for you.
Everyone desires a career path that will lead to a better way of life. These are some of our objectives:
-
- To create your own way in the world and to be financially self-sufficient.
-
- To become excellent individuals in life and in the community, in your home or at work, as it is a significant percentage of your time spent no differently than how you spend your time today just to provide for yourself and your family.
Learn Construction Logic of how buildings are built and read and interpret drawings and project schedule.:
In this program candidates would take free OSHA safety classes and would monitor one project site for two semesters – They would be taught how to do video walkthroughs and be guided by our architects, mechanical engineers, expert project schedules to aid in understanding the logic of the project.
They would be able to do the majority of their work from home or at a dorm and would meet without staff either onsite or on a Zoom or Teams meeting to go over the data they have created. By analyzing the photos, we can study the project, learn the drawings. We do not receive revenue for this this activity but for any construction candidate the learning is at the project, and this is a great way to learn. The software they would use in Stack Estimating and HoloBuilder along with Primavera. All would be taught and if they chose to be in large scale construction this would advance their careers in construction. To go onto a project site, they must have PPE training, and an OSHA 10. They would have to have a company issued vest and hardhat and would have to wear steel toe boots, full sleeve shirt and pants. It would make them marketable to any general contractor as learning the logic of how to build a building or renovate a building and understanding what every symbol on a drawing usually can only be field taught. This would accomplish it before they graduate. Project sites would be close to campus.

3rd Step for pre-apprenticeship (no costs - you must have PPE):
After the interview with our team - the interview continues to become an apprentice – You will do a month of pre-apprenticeship classes to determine commitment, aptitude and perseverance. During this step as there is no costs up to date, we recommend you perform the five other safety classes to accelerate going from pre-apprenticeship to apprenticeship.
4th Step to be selected as an apprentice (earn as you learn):
As our team and the trainers assess your skills and commitment, he will be given probationary apprenticeship status and earn as you learn. Once you are selected, follow the rule and 85% of it is just showing up. Ask your parent to get the right clothes to survive cold and breathable clothes to handle hot summer days.
5th Step – persevere and stay committed for ~ four years.:
You haven’t finished till you graduate. Temptation will always lead to the belief that the grass is greener on the other side – staying committed with all of the curve balls in life thrown at you is the hard part. Learning to increase you pay is one of the most motivating reasons to learn.
Apprenticeship takes this to another level, and it can be easy, fun, but we can't promise that there won't be days with some boredom. We strive to make the next four years fulfilling but it's up to you if you want to be content and happy.
We hope this will be the career that compliments this ½ of his life at work so that he is the better person on the other half.
The purpose of apprenticeship is NOT like normal grade school – the purpose is to teach the skills for mussel memory / subconscious learning.:
PS: – in order to make life and this program more enjoyable and much more survivable – as well pushes you to complete what you start – kind of like going to the gym by yourself or meeting a friend for something you committed to – if you have a reliable friend sometimes giving a friend a referral will be rewarding personally and based on karma.
If given an opportunity give an opportunity. Plus, it gives you potentially the ability to carpool to and from some jobs and to and from apprenticeship classes.
