Position Overview:
The Commercial Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team for the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing material sales and be knowledgeable in the varying commercial roofing materials systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC. This individual will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and contractors.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Stay current on industry trends and technologies related to commercial roofing
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
- Identify and seize new business opportunities.
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve skills and performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial roofing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,929.00 - $121,617.00 per year
