Job Summary
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will play a critical role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems for residential and commercial customers. Proficiency with ServiceTitan software is essential, as it will be used to manage workflows, scheduling, and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues using industry best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize ServiceTitan to manage work orders, create job estimates, and maintain accurate service records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
- Certification from an accredited HVAC program (EPA, NATE, or equivalent preferred).
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills in HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in ServiceTitan or similar CRM/service management software.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- must have 2 years of working experience as HVAC service.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
