As we continue to grow, we need more talented, motivated, and energetic individuals to join our team of pretty darn COOL people. If you feel like you’d be a good fit for our team, that’s great! We’re currently hiring for several positions throughout the plant, and here’s the best part…. WE WILL TRAIN YOU. All we ask is that you meet a few simple but important requirements:

That means you arrive on time, every time, ready to work, both physically and mentally. Seems easy, right? If it’s easy for you, you’re already on the road to success.
Requirement 2: Have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE.
Again, this is easy, and smiles are contagious. Sometimes, it’s not easy, but we’ll help you.
Requirement 3: Be willing to LEARN and TEACH.
We will train you. We want you to succeed, and all we ask is for you to be willing to learn. Once you’re trained and experienced, it’s your turn to teach.
Requirement 4: Be willing to CHANGE.
With the growth of the company, we’re constantly updating and refining our products, processes, and methods. We want to always involve the team in these refinements, so all we ask is for flexibility. For some, that’s hard, but for others, it’s what makes things fun and rewarding.
Our facility is very vertically integrated and consists of several factories within the factory, including:
- ABS Plastic Thermoforming and processing
- Heat exchanger assembly and brazing
- Sheet metal fabrication, including laser cutting, brake press, powder coating, TIG and MIG welding, and powder coating
- CNC machine shop with several horizontal machining centers, lathes, and mill-turn
- Refrigeration tube fabrication, assembly, and brazing
- HVAC unit assembly and system kitting
- Controls assembly and kitting
- Refrigeration hose assembly and kitting
- Engine accessory drive assembly and kitting
- Condenser system kitting and assembly
Of course, all these internal factories are supported by robust finance, purchasing, warehousing, engineering, and maintenance departments, while our loyal customers are supported by dedicated sales, tech support, and shipping teams. In other words, THERE IS A LOT OF OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH HERE.
