We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. Will cover multiple small surrounding propertys.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience as an apartment maintenance technician.
Must be able to work under specific time frame for completion of units and communicate status or completion of projects to the Community Manager.
The Maintenance Technician will report to the Maintenance Supervisor on site as well as the Community Manager
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and other duties that assure the preservation and upkeep of the buildings, fixtures, and resident spaces. The Maintenance Technician is a key member of the customer service team and will need to exercise good customer care skills to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications Required:
- Experienced and knowledgeable of Tax Credit
- At least 1+ year’s property/community management experience.
- Previous experience in customer service and administrative tasks.
- Basic bookkeeping and general mathematical principles preferred.
- Proficiency in both verbal and written communication skills.
- Pre-employment background check required.
