We are looking for a Lead Fire Alarm Install Technician to join our experienced team in the Philadelphia, PA area.
Job Responsibilities
As a Fire Alarm Install Technician, you will be responsible for service, testing, and Installation of fire alarm systems and devices.
Additional responsibilities of the Fire Alarm Technician/Installer include:
· Install and basic programming of fire alarm systems and devices
· Running cable and bending conduit
· Working knowledge of low voltage electrical systems
· Customer service, coordination, and communication
· Technical fire protection system project and administrative support
· Ability to work independently or supervise others as required
· Solid troubleshooting skills
Job Requirements
To qualify for the Fire Alarm Install Technician position, you must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with fire alarm systems.
Additional requirements of the Fire Alarm Technician Position include:
· NICET Certification Fire Alarm Level 2 or higher preferred
· Proficiency with computer skills, MS Excel, Email
· Strong customer service skills and communications
· Familiarity with NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) and local codes
