As a key member of our elite roofing squad, you'll work alongside a talented crew performing repairs, maintenance, inspections, and other essential services on some of Florida's most iconic buildings. ** Your Day-to-Day Duties:
- Install, repair, and maintain various commercial roofing systems
- Set up and clean up the project site like a pro
- Uphold exceptional jobsite safety and teamwork standards
- Show off your strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Seize opportunities for overtime, night-pay, weekends, etc.
- Tackle other tasks assigned by your Foreman/Superintendent or management
** Requirements That Set You Up for Success:
- Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, Modified, Standing Seam, Coating, or Modified Bitumen roofing systems (preferred)
- Knowledge of roofing, construction, or a related field
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and climb a 40’+ ladder
- Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation to job sites
- Proficient operation of various power tools and construction equipment
- Pass an initial pre-employment drug screening
- Basic English skills, bilingual (English/Spanish) a major plus!
