As a Skilled Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Execute various labor tasks including loading, unloading, and moving materials as required.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Assist in the assembly of structures or equipment as directed by supervisors.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards.

Experience

Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment is advantageous.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Must be physically capable of lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and performing manual labor tasks.
