Hawkins Service Company is looking for an Operation Manager for our Residential Electrical Division. Candidate must have prior residential experience and have understanding of the current electrical codes. Be willing to coach and train the current team and adhere to the Nexstar principles. Must have an understanding of how to use Service Titan and be able to navigate excel, word, and PowerPoint. Have a good understanding on how to read a PL statement and what levers need to be pulled to make corrections within the department. Provide training to the team that will benefit them and our clients.
