As Plumbing Division Manager, you will have a dynamic position that includes estimating, management, and leading a department, giving you the ability to see a project from bid to completion. This position is responsible for estimating the projects, and working closely with the project manager and superintendent to ensure the projects gets done correctly and within budget. In addition to estimating work, this position is responsible for all aspects of the company’s commercial Plumbing division. The right person for this position needs to be self-motivated, organized, have leadership capability, and a desire to build and grow a division.

Qualifications and Requirements:
· 5+ years plumbing estimating / management experience
· Effective communication and coordination ability
· Excellent written and analytical skills
· Strong organizational and project management skills
· Ability to create budgets and timelines
· Effective negotiation ability
· Strong attention to detail
· Leadership experience a plus
· Trimble AutoBid experience a plus
