About Us:
Dave DeFinis Autobody is a northeast Philadelpha Auto Body and Collision facility. The facility has grown consistently over the past 30 years and consists of 3 working bays, a paint shop, an office, and a 20 car parking lot on site. I am currently looking for a general manager to manage the daily operations of our facility, including:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, invoicing, and record-keeping.
- Provide outstanding customer service by managing inquiries and assisting customers throughout the repair process.
- Manage and coordinate the work of technicians.
- Manage estimations process and systems including CCCPOne.
- Communicate estimates clearly to customers and insurance companies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an auto body and paint shop or similar environment.
- Familiar with CCCOne Estimating System or AudaTex Estimating System
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair processes and insurance procedures.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer proficiency including Google Docs or Microsoft Office.
