Shamrock Building Services LLC has an immediate opening for a Lead Building Maintenance Technician. The position will be located at a Condominium in Washington, DC.
The candidate should be proactive and have a spirit of ownership about the tasks they are responsible for. They should have excellent communication skills, be friendly, helpful, honest and RELIABLE.
The strengths for this position would be understanding the basic function and operations of HVAC systems, Plumbing and Electrical to be able to properly assess an issue and diagnose what the resolution should be. Must be a self-starter and able to complete small drywall repairs & painting.
Preferred Candidates will have the following: 10+ years relevant experience in building maintenance and operations and various handyman tasks. Must pass pre employment background check.
