Job Summary:
Position: Full-Time Foundation Repair Laborer, Crystal, MN.
Compensation Type: Hourly.
Compensation: $24.00 to $28.85 per hour.

Job Summary: As a Foundation Repair Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our team, installing helical piers, push piers, tiebacks, block masonry work, and more. This position requires robust physical health, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. We provide thorough, hands-on training to ensure you are equipped to meet our standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in installing foundation repair solutions including helical piers, push piers, and tiebacks.
- Engage in block masonry work, foundation repair, and the installation of foundation straps.
- Perform both exterior and interior waterproofing projects.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company standards to maintain a secure work environment.
- Operate machinery and tools necessary for foundation repair and waterproofing tasks.
- Collaborate with leads and other team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to specifications.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a polite and professional demeanor.
- Prepare and clean work sites, ensuring all debris and unused materials are properly disposed of.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in construction or related fields, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor and repeatedly lift, push, or pull 75 pounds.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
