As the Shop foreman Technician, you will take ownership of daily diagnostics and calibrations, ensuring that our processes meet the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency. In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for calibrating, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of precision measuring instruments and electrical systems. We need someone with a meticulous eye for detail and a solid foundation in Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I), low voltage systems, and industrial electronics. ADAS Safe operates specialized brick-and-mortar service centers dedicated solely to the precise calibration of Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) sensors in post-collision vehicles, per Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards.

Requirements:
- Proficient in communication with body shops directly.
- Proficient at all ADAS calibrations of cameras, radars, lidars, etc.
- Proficient in all OEM programming.
- Proficient in all wire harness repair/replacement, to OEM specifications.
- Management skills
- Proficient in software workflows
- 3+ years automotive service technician experience.
Responsibilities:
- OEM software responsibility.
- Direct workflow efficiently on busy days.
- Delegate tasks when the manager is occupied
- Act as a leader and mentor for junior/associate technicians
- Complete all repair work effectively and quickly
- Manage time appropriately.
- Correctly complete the invoice procedure.
- Calibrating Advanced Safety System Components; Cameras, Radars, LiDAR, Thermal Imaging and more.
- Complete “clean” calibrations efficiently (less than 45 minutes) .
