**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance tasks on our residential properties, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for our residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical maintenance, as well as experience with painting and fabricating. **Duties:**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical and mechanical repairs, as well as painting and fabricating.
- Conduct inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot problems using diagnostic tools, including an ohmmeter.
- Utilize logic controllers to ensure that systems are functioning properly and efficiently.
- Document maintenance activities and repairs in our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest industry techniques and best practices.
- Demonstrate leadership skills and supervise other maintenance technicians as needed.
**Experience:**
- At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance or repair role, preferably in a residential setting.
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, with the ability to diagnose and repair a variety of systems and equipment.
- Experience with painting and fabricating is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CMMS software is preferred.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
