Electrical Assembly Technician
Job Description:
Leading medical company dedicated to improving patient care. Seeking experienced Electrical Assembler. In this role, you will work in a cleanroom environment, assembling electrical components used in critical IV medical devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical assembly, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a commitment to precision and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly of Electrical Components: Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions to assemble precise electrical systems for IV medical devices in a cleanroom setting.
- Documentation: Accurately record assembly processes, test results, and modifications made to ensure traceability and compliance with industry regulations.
- Adherence to Cleanroom Standards: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and follow all cleanroom procedures and protocols to ensure a contamination-free environment.
- Safety and Compliance: Follow strict safety protocols and industry standards to maintain a safe and compliant workspace.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum of one year of electrical assembly experience, preferably in a medical device or cleanroom manufacturing environment.
Skills:
- Strong hand-eye coordination for handling small, sensitive components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Proficient with assembly tools, techniques, and testing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for identifying and fixing assembly issues.
- Ability to work efficiently in a cleanroom environment and follow stringent cleanliness protocols.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for entirety of the shift
Shifts: Mandatory OT (Temporary)
1st Shift |6:00am - 4:30pm| Monday - Thursday
3rd Shift |9:00pm - 6:00am| Sunday - Thursday
Pay Cycle:
Sunday to Saturday | Pay Day Weekly Fridays |
Wage: $18 - $19.80
Benefits:
Qualify to be hired on by the company after working 520hrs
