Responsible for managing the top quality layout, installation, and change-out of all Heavy Commercial HVAC Mechanical Systems, and equipment. Oversee up to 4 commercial installers. Ensure top quality work is produced on schedule, on budget, and safely everyday.
Perform quality installations on commercial projects (new construction, demo and remodel).
Ensure communication with your Project Manager. Identify and report to Management all potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, and additional services).
5+ years' experience in installation of all HVAC systems and equipment.
Experience running small crews with strong leadership skills.
Excellent customer service skills
Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret commercial mechanical blueprints, plans, and manuals.
Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.
