Our residential HVAC Technicians have a flexible schedule for a better work/life balance and a 40-hour work week. This position starts with a competitive salary of $22+ a hour (based on experience) plus commission. Experienced technicians can make well over $100K per year.

*** Duties include: ***
- Maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems and components including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, fresh air and other accessories.
- Perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation and prevent breakdowns
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs
- Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly and meeting factory performance standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
- Using our dispatching software to check in and out of jobs, create proposals, create invoices and make recommendations to customers.
- Reports to Lead senior tech or General Manager
*** Qualifications ***
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug test
- EPA certification for handling refrigerants (Type I and II or Universal)
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician ( At least 1-2 years experience preferred)
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment common to the HVAC trade
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to clients
- Ability to use software required for the job. This includes dispatching software, smart phones, email ect.
