Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in servicing, repairing, and installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires proficiency in air conditioning and refrigeration systems, along with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units and refrigeration equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner.
- Build and design custom HVAC solutions based on client specifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining service procedures clearly.
- Drive company van to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role in the HVAC field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with various HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations related to HVAC installations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
- Certification or relevant training in HVAC technology is a plus but not mandatory.
