Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Covering Installer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of Atlas Installers, you will play a vital role in bringing style, privacy, and comfort to our clients' homes and businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Install blinds, shades, shutters, and draperies with precision and efficiency.
- Interpret work orders and blueprints to ensure proper installation.
- Measure, cut, and fit window coverings to various window shapes and sizes.
- Communicate with clients to provide top-tier customer service.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site.
- Follow company and industry safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in window covering installation or a related trade (e.g., carpentry, construction).
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work on ladders and lift heavy objects.
