Our HVAC Dispatcher - Front Office Representatives have a schedule of Monday - Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30/6:00 pm. They earn $20-$24.00 hourly, depending on experience, as well as spiffs and incentives. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HVAC DISPATCHER - FRONT OFFICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a HVAC Dispatcher - Front Office Representative, you arrive each day determined to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, and make follow-up calls.
Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensure that their needs are met. Because there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with, you are never bored! You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Past customer service experience
- Phone skills
- Able to operate Microsoft Office
Familiarity with the home services or HVAC industry as well as experience with Acowin or other digital dispatch systems is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person!
