What You’ll Do as a HVAC Supervisor
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of code regulations
- Interact and communicate well with customers
- Educated customers on their HVAC Systems, provide solutions and discuss pricing options
- Handle customer and technical escalations to always ensure a high level of customer satisfaction!
- Inspect, QC and supervise residential AC Service and Installations
- Onboard and Train HVAC Staff
- Perform administrative tasks to monitor and prepare field staff
- Report to Service Manager while growing the HVAC dept.
What Makes YOU Great
- 5 plus years residential hvac experience
- 2 plus years supervisory experience
- Exposure to Systematized sales and training Process
- Proficient computer skills
- In Home HVAC service preferred
- Superior work ETHIC aptitude
