Job Summary:
Curis Express is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our healthcare division's expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, managing the opening of new clinics, ensuring compliance with all licensing regulations, collaborating with our executive team, and recruiting top talent. Key Responsibilities:
- Determine new markets for growth by conducting market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for Curis Express healthcare services.
- Manage the opening of new clinics, overseeing all aspects of construction, procurement, and permits to ensure successful and timely completion.
- Ensure that all new locations meet state and federal licensing regulations and maintain compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the CFO and other business leaders to develop a profitability model and processes for new market ventures, analyzing financial performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Build strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to expand the company's reach and promote the brand.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain high-quality doctors and healthcare professionals to join our team, fostering a positive work environment that attracts and retains top talent.
- Hold team accountable to regular and timely required workplace diversity, HIPAA, and OSHA training requirements.
- Review operating performance results and take immediate steps to implement course corrective activity as needed.
- Develop processes that focus in on improving client satisfaction at the lowest possible cost without sacrificing care or quality.
- Actively contributes to strategic, financial and operations planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in retail or healthcare management, focusing on market expansion and new business development.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, evaluating, and executing new market development opportunities.
- Strong understanding of state and federal licensing regulations, as well as industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly analytical, with strong financial and strategic planning skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for market evaluations, site visits, and other expansion-related activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
