Restoration Company seeking Skilled Journeyman Flooring Installers
Two well established companies with over 15 years in business. BCC Restoration and Robinson Restoration seeking carpenters with experience in all types of interior construction on residential homes, who are looking for a long-term and stable position. Remodels and new construction will take a big hit, but homeowners will always have insurance, and water damage always strikes! Must be sufficient and expert level in the following:
Professional customer interactions
All underlayment types
Floor leveling/prep
Laminate/LVP/Hardwood installation/Engineered Wood/Tile
Finish Carpentry
Baseboard Install
Casing, Trim Install
A major plus would be:
Laminate countertop installation
Carpet installation
Sheet vinyl installation
Top of the line if you're proficient in LVP Flooring installation, journeyman level not self taught skills.
The position(s) being offered are for full time employment with the opportunity for overtime. Highly competitive pay and bonuses based on experience level.

- $25-$34/hr starting pay, depending on experience.

Applicants must:
- Have a strong work ethic
- Have dependable transportation to get to and from job-sites
- Have a positive attitude and ability to work well with others
- Have experience with tools of the trade i.e. skill saw, miter saw, table saw, tile saw, cordless tools
- Have the physical ability to perform general remodel/restoration work including lifting
We prefer applicants from Vancouver, WA and close-in surrounding areas.
We are NOT looking for supervisors. Those looking for a supervisory only role need not apply.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
