Job Description: Window Covering Installer

Job Summary:
Timan Custom Window Treatments Inc. is seeking a skilled Window Covering Installer to join our team. You will be responsible for installing various types of blinds, shades, and shutters in customers' homes. You will also perform service calls to repair and maintain window treatments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong problem-solving skills, and deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Drive to customers' homes to install blinds, shades, and shutters accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct in-home service calls to troubleshoot, repair, and adjust window treatments as needed.
- Handle and organize inventory in the warehouse, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Maintain a clean work environment during and after installations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers to answer questions and provide instructions on product usage.
Skills Required:
- Installation Expertise: Proven experience in installing blinds, shades, and shutters with precision and attention to detail.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to use hand and power tools effectively, including drills and measuring equipment.
- Customer Service: Friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet installation deadlines.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependability: Punctual and reliable, adhering to schedules and commitments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Blind Installation or related field (Maintenance, Carpentry, etc.).
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check with no felonies.
Additional Information:
- TCWT provides an installation van, tools, and necessary products for daily schedules.
- Compensation: Hourly pay based on experience level; compensation will be determined based on 3-5 years of installation experience.
- Job Type: Full-time, 8-hour shifts.

Pay: $21.10 - $25.41 per hour
