Primary job role:
- Works both independently and as part of a team, as required by the project
- Preforming demo services as needed
- Communicates clearly and effectively with co-workers and customers
- Reads and follows directions given by supervisors or team leader
- Solves problems that may arise during the course of the job
- Sets up and takes down of equipment as needed
- Ensures that all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality
- Maintaining a constant awareness and respect for all safety hazards, following safety guidelines at all times while on the job site, in the office, and while traveling.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds is necessary.
- Candidates must be able to pass a background check.
- A minimum of 1 year of construction experience is required.
- Willingness to work on an afterhours/on-call/ rotation is expected.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least 3 years is mandatory.
The work environment is subject to changes in temperature and weather conditions and may involve loud noises and hazardous areas such as confined crawl spaces and attics. Hazards encountered may include wastewater, mold, soot, smoke, and bio-hazard sites. Physical demands of the job require the ability to bend, stoop, crawl, and move heavy equipment and items while working in areas with loud noises and hazardous conditions.
