Role
As a Maintenance Manager (also known as Facility Manager, Maintenance Supervisor), you will oversee the daily operations and safety of the team engaged in fleet, building, grounds, sanitation, refrigeration systems, power industrial equipment, and security maintenance. You will manage, assign, and monitor facility projects for quality and timely completion. This role also involves working with drivers, coordinating with safety departments, and complying with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance management experience.
- Working knowledge of ammonia and Freon systems, environmental regulations/legislation, and all applicable building, life/safety, and fire protection standards and codes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and organization skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and strong leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple functions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
