Role
As a Maintenance Manager (also known as Facility Manager, Maintenance Supervisor), you'll oversee the daily operations and safety of the maintenance team. You'll manage facility projects, ensure quality control, and enforce company policies and procedures. You'll also liaise with third-party vendors, manage purchasing and inventory levels, and ensure all vehicles and equipment are in proper working condition. This role also involves compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, conducting audits, and coordinating safety training and emergency response activities.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance management experience.
- Working knowledge of ammonia and Freon systems, environmental regulations, and building and safety standards.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
- Valid state Driver’s license and knowledge of DOT, Hazmat, and OSHA regulations.
- Certifications in refrigeration/HVAC, Ammonia Operation, Powered Industrial Equipment, fleet trade/mechanic, State Inspections, and commercial driving are preferred.
