```Duties```
-ASSISTS IN PLANNING, MANAGING AND DIRECTING RETAIL STORE OPERATIONS DEALING WITH MERCHANDISING, SELLING, STOCKING, PROMOTING AND REORDERING OF GOODS.
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in retail management or shift management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional experiences
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as inventory management, scheduling, and reporting
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to adapt strategies accordingly
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and suppliers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
