We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Treatment Installer to join our team.
Blinds, Shades, and Shutters
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and home improvement, with experience in installing various types of window treatments. Duties
- Measure and assess window dimensions to ensure accurate installation of treatments.
- Install a variety of window treatments including blinds, shades, drapes, and shutters.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for fixture installation and adjustments.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert recommendations.
- Ensure all installations are completed to high standards of quality and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in clients home.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process and provide solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience installing window treatments and programming is a plus
- Strong skills in using power tools and performing fixture installations.
- Friendly, responsible, experienced, professional and trustworthy individual
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently on multiple projects.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $100.00 - $150.00 per hour
