Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- The Maintenance Supervisor will assist with maintaining, leading, and managing the operation and maintenance of the hotel.
- Support the Engineering leaders with ensuring the hotel's maintenance and upkeep standards meet White Lodging, Brand, and Guest standards
- Determine defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, and take necessary corrective action of maintenance issues
- Assist with training hourly maintenance associates
- Additional reasonable duties as required.
What You'll Bring

- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to read and use blueprints, diagrams, operations manuals and manufacturer's specifications preferred
- Experience in hospitality engineering or facility management required
